Arwel Griffiths, Senior Partner at Robert Sterling says communication is the most important factor with any project: “To ensure the confidence of the lender and the developer, everyone needs to be kept in the loop at all times and at every stage of the project. Our relationships with our clients are based on trust and confidence which has been brought about by good and thorough communication at all times.”
After nominations closed on 20th April, key lenders and brokers within the sector were tasked with narrowing down the long list of the top nominees in each category. The judging panels deliberated on 18th May to determine the winners and highly commended in each of the 18 categories.
Last year almost 2,000 votes were cast online, highlighting who the industry believes is deserving of the Bridging & Commercial gold gongs. The 2018 winners will be announced at B&C’s 10th awards ceremony at the Hurlingham Club on Thursday 7th June.
